About
I spent three decades running small businesses in Atlanta: martial arts schools, fitness programs, a franchise operation, coaching practices. I know what it feels like to be smart, capable, and buried in work that doesn't need a human touch.
When AI tools arrived, I saw what they could do for people like us. Not replace us. Free us. Free us to do the work that actually requires a human being: connecting with clients, leading teams, making decisions, being present.
